• 25mm border on top & bottom for plating connection and added stiffness at routing (can be decreased to 20mm if required).
• 20mm border to the sides for added stiffness at routing.
• 10mm in between boards (can be decreased to 8mm if required) except for:
• panel routing where 2.4mm (the diameter of the router) is required.
• scoring (V-grooving) where the boards are actually butted up with no spacing (remember track to edge clearance requirement 0.65mm for 60 o on 1.6mm thick material! Refer to CID-016 for further details).
